Once you have submitted the required documentation and have completed your 6 weeks of pre-job training. You will be given an opportunity to interview with BAC Local 2, WA MT & Idaho signatory contractors. In addition to your responsibilities, you will be required to attend Four (4) weeks of related supplemental instruction at the BAC training facility within your first year. There is no charge for the training. Tools will be provided for your training. You will receive a $30 per day stipend for each day of training you attend. Starting wages will be between $28.18-$40.64 per hour plus benefits, depending on the trade you choose). During your apprenticeship, you will receive a 5% pay increase for each six-month period you work with at least 750 work hours and satisfactory improvement. Basic Application & Testing Qualifications

In order to be considered for the masonry trades apprenticeship, you must upload all applicable documents listed below in Step 3 or send an email.

HS Diploma or equivalent
Social Security Card

Not required but eligible for consideration:

Resume
College transcript
Certifications, achievements, etc.
If applicable, a copy of Discharge papers from Military Service – form (DD 214) **up to 5 extra points in your interview for military service**
